Just curious if I am doing something wrong or whether it is broken. I place points on a surface but every time I try to render with vray nothing appears.
On another note I just wanted to add that it is an amazing piece of software and I love using it.

Are you talking about Points Sets?
Apologies. Yes I meant point sets. I’m trying to individually place a couple of large trees.
Does it happen in every file?
they do work on my install. note that you don’t need a surface host to add points.
oops it was user error. Apologies. I wasn’t hitting “re/generate” after placing the points so it wasn’t working. Works perfectly now.
